Open Ly Review
Open peer review is a process in which names of reviewers of papers submitted to academic journals are disclosed to the authors of the papers in question.
Capital Fraud!! ' Well to be frank fortunately my naturally skeptic mind saved me although like another I did go as far as creating a user name. But before I responded to the item I wanted even with the alleged flash sale countdown providing a better deal than Amazon, I hesitated, my instincts grabbing me. If it sounds to good to be true it usually is, and when I started doing a quick search and saw the name affiliated with them as Alibaba I knew. Even though I use a dummy/temp account for commercial transactions I did not want them to have that. I wish I had come this earlier. But to sum it up STAY AWAY!!!
For those who got scammed reach out to the internet fraud website so someone can start to track them. Be careful buying from this website ' I wish I had read the reviews here before buying from Open Sky. My experience is the same as many others here.
I ordered a multi functional smart watch which was a piece of junk. It did nothing that it was supposed to - such as sink up with my smart phone. Then the catch on the band fell off and finally it would not even hold a charge. My son kept trying to get it to work so by the time we realized it was the watch and not us causing the problems, it was past their 14 day refund period. Very upsetting and a very great wast of time.
I have been very good with all my payment until today. I lost my card and got a new one but forgot to update it on open pay.
Just received a notice that my payment was declined at 2am and now I owe an extra $9.50 on top of the $2.50 fee. I paid immediately but I regretted ever getting open pay.
I was never informed by the car service company that the management fee was $2.50 per payment and I chose weekly. So i’m Paying $10 a month in just management fees. Stick to afterpay or zip pay or find others that don’t charge per payment fees. I understand management fees but per payment fees is ridiculous. A very expensive lesson learnt. Stay away if you can or choose monthly.
Tried Openpay but immediately regret it. Been trying to pay using different debit cards but won't allow me. Getting notification that the account doesn't have sufficient funds when it clearly has more than enough!
Trying to call them since yesterday but couldn't get through. Sent an email as well. Latest Version Of Outlook 2016.
Album Artwork Finder. Messaged through Facebook but no response. I am so confused now on how I am going to pay. They now charged me $9.50 probably because I am late in the payment now. Edit: Was able to reach someone from customer service. Kind enough to cancel the late fee.
Payment processed. Updated to 3 stars for the service I received. But won't use this service again. Decided to use this service for a purchase of $200 and wish I didn’t. Unlike after pay this lot don’t bother to send you a reminder afew days before payments are due just incase you forget which unfortunately i did on 2 occasions, they are however very quick to send you (by 7am the next day) an overdue notice and a $9.50 fee. Overall after 8 fortnightly payment fees of 2.50 plus 2 $9.50 late fees i ended up paying an extra $39 on top of the initial $200.
Hardly interest free. Once was enough for me and I promptly deleted their app after the paynents finished and wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. There are better options out there without the fees.
Thinking of making a complaint to ACCC as it is very deceptive advertising interest free payment plans when they are not. Avoid this lot find another way to pay.
Purchased new tyres and was offered a payment plan with open pay. 20% deposit upfront, and a fortnightly installment plan was set up. You will be charged a $2.50 payment processing fee for EVERY payment you make. Over a 12 fortnightly payment plan, that's $30 in fees!) Openpay have failed to debit my nominated card, and have sent me a late payment notice with a $10 late payment fee. It's also worthwhile noting that their Facebook page does not allow you to give them a rating, and does not allow visitors to post comments on their page.
Clearly they hope to censor a large amount of negative feedback. Avoid Openpay, as they are a cloak and dagger operation.
